**About The Role**:
Working in our Night Shift (10pm to 6am) team, the following duties will be carried out:

- Laminating signs to ensure durability and high-quality finish.
- Laying up products accurately for production and ensuring the proper alignment of materials.
- Cutting and shaping signs using the Biesse CNC routers, ensuring precision and adherence to design specifications.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals and targets.
- Maintaining a clean and safe work environment, following safety protocols at all times.
- Managing sign production timelines and ensuring projects are completed within deadlines.

**About You**:

- Previous experience working in a printing or manufacturing environment will be highly favoured.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work in a team as well as autonomously.
- Keen, reliable and a strong work ethic.
- Strong dexterity and hand-eye coordination for precise cutting, shaping, and laminating of signs.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Strong focus on safety and delivering results.
