Factory Fabrication Staff

About the role

We are looking for a highly motivated & Mature Factory Staff member to join our team at Designer Tanks and Designer Plunge Pools.

Based in Smeaton Grange, this full-time role is integral to the fabrication and assembly of our premium stainless steel plunge pools and water tanks.

You'll be working hands-on in a supportive, quality-focused environment, helping to produce products renowned for their durability and design.

What You'll Be Doing

• Building and assembling stainless steel plunge pools and water tanks to match job specifications
• Using a variety of tools and machines to cut, shape, and weld metal parts
• Checking your work to make sure it meets our quality and safety standards
• Working closely with the rest of the production team to keep things running smoothly and efficiently
• Keeping your work area clean, tidy, and safe at all times
• Helping out team members and pitching in where needed to meet production goals

What We're Looking For

• Strong attention to detail with a focus on producing high-quality, accurate work
• Good problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically when faced with challenges
• A reliable team player who can also work independently when needed
• A valid driver's licence and dependable transport to and from our Smeaton Grange facility
• A mature attitude to work, we will provide the training
