**Behaviour Support Practitioner - Multiple Positions Available**
**Bridge to Change**
North Melbourne, Melbourne VIC
**Psychology, Counselling & Social Work (Healthcare & Medical)**
**Subcontract | $120 per hour**

We are looking for experienced and passionate NDIS Behaviour Support Practitioners to join _Bridge to Change_ on a contract basis. Help us deliver high-quality positive behaviour support services in the Northern suburbs of Melbourne.

**Position Details**:

- Work from home, on your own schedule
- We help organise referrals, systems, and invoicing
- Work closely with participants, their families, and support teams
- Help manage behaviours of concern and reduce restrictive practices
- Use positive behaviour support strategies under the NDIS

**You must meet these requirements**:

- At least 1 year of experience as an NDIS Behaviour Support Practitioner
- Signed off as Core, Proficient, or above
- Qualified in allied health or a similar field (e.g. Psychology, OT, Speech Pathology, Social Work)
- Experience supporting people with disability (including families or children)
- Able to collect and analyse data, and write reports

**If you are successful, you will need**:

- NDIS Worker Screening and Working With Children Check
- NDIS Worker Orientation Certificate
- A current Driver’s Licence
- An ABN
- Your own Public Liability & Indemnity Insurance
- Your own BSP supervisor (we can help you find one)
- A phone, computer, and other tools needed for the role
- To keep progress notes and calendars updated
- To issue your own invoices
- Note: This is a contractor role. You are responsible for your own tax, superannuation, and HECS repayments (if any)._
