Our client is a global company that offers electronic products for home, office and industrial use. They are looking for a Brand Manager to join their growing team.
THE ROLE:
Reporting to the Marketing & Communications Manager, the main responsibilities include the following:
- Manage the development and execution of the brand strategy and maintain the companies brand health at all times
- Develop and execute product content and advertising campaigns across various channels, including print, digital, PR, OOH and BTL
- Oversee & project manage all brand initiatives in line with the companies marketing strategies & goals
- Deliver corporate collateral including brochures, magazines and campaign buses
- Contribute to the briefing, development, implementation and analysis of media and creative campaigns for the brand
- Work closely with the media agency to buy advertising space across all and relevant channels
- Manage and brief the in-house Graphic Designer to design the complete collateral creation
- Work closely with the sales team on developing sales assets for various campaigns in order to promote existing and new products
- Maintain strong and constructive relationships within the Global Marketing team, external agencies, retailers and across business functions
- Work collaboratively with a diverse group of stakeholders to create and manage cross-organisational integrated marketing strategies
YOU:
- You will have gained prior experience accelerating brand growth within the electronic products market for both B2C and B2B clients
- A naturally inquisitive mindset, you will be solutions and results oriented with an ability to grasp the bigger picture and formulate a plan of attack
- A positive attitude and a collaborative approach, together with the ability to challenge and be challenged, as this will set you up for success
- Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to multi-task is a must
- Have experience managing junior team members and thrive helping them develop their skills
