Client Services Representative

As a **Client Service Team **Member **, **you will be responsible for providing all kinds of helpdesk support and will work alongside a team of technical minds and computer savvy individuals.
However, learning the platform takes time, which is why our team has plenty of templates, guides, and documents to ensure we get the job done right, every time. You will be working with a team that is dedicated to providing the best possible service to our clients.
**What you’ll do**:
- Handle all aspects of user access, updates, upgrades, and configuration changes
- Provide help desk support - equivalent to level 1
- Learn and master the ServiceNow platform
- Utilise templates, guides, and documents to ensure tasks are completed accurately and efficiently
- Provide support during onboarding and setting up new platforms
**What experience you need**:
- 2+ years business experience or service/operational processing
- Strong computer skills
- Basic software knowledge
**What could set you apart**:
- Experience using Google Suite and or knowledge of trade credit (not essential)
- Any completed Internships, volunteer work or personal projects
- Highlighting any entrepreneurial or research projects
