Based primarily out of Slacks Creek, QLD this role is responsible for the coordination of site works and managing up to 30 contractors in a brownfield FMGC manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for ensuring the timely delivery of ongoing project works while ensuring safety is front of mind as we deliver capital investments in a GMP fast paced manufacturing food production environment. This role will require flexibility to work shift work (day or afternoon) with occasional needs to be present on a weekend during peak work loads.

Purpose of the Role
The purpose of this role is to execute effective contractor management to ensure that works are completed on program and in line with WHS requirements as Tip Top will be acting as the Principal.
- Ensure that contractors are working safely and to their SWMS
- Ensure a safe working environment for all employees, contractors, visitors etc
- Review serious injuries/incidents and ensure corrective actions are implemented and reviewed in a timely manner as per the incident investigation Procedure
- Ensure all relevant Contractor Licences/Insurances and any other relevant documentation is current prior to issuing a Permit to Work. Ensure all work permits are closed/handed over as per the Permit to Work procedure
- Site project management between operations, contractors and installation teams. Includes project management of smaller packages.
- Conduct daily/weekly toolbox talks

About You
- Demonstrated experience delivering large capital works ($10M+ AUD) in a brownfield environment
- Experience working in a fast paced FMCG manufacturing environment
- Experience coordinating contractors either in an electrical or civil/mechanical environment
- Knowledge of Australian standards and requirements (working at heights, compliance based entry, hot works, permit issuing, etc)
- 5+ Years of experience as a minimum in this field
