**Job Ad - Site Supervisor Swimming Pool Construction**

Position: Pool Construction Site Supervisor (Subcontractor)
Location: Brisbane & Gold Coast

About Us:We are a boutique pool builder delivering high-quality concrete pools. We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee pool builds on a subcontract basis.

The Role:

- Oversee day-to-day site operations on pool builds
- Coordinate subcontractors and trades (excavation, steel fixers, plumbers, concreters, tilers, etc.)
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
- Report progress and issues directly to management

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience supervising pool or residential construction projects
- Own ABN, vehicle, and tools of trade
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Ability to problem-solve on site

**Job Types**: Subcontract, Casual

Pay: $70,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
