Hays has teamed up with an Australian owned multiple award-winning volume home builder. They have pushed the limits of project home building with their innovative thinking and open discussions with new home buyers and the additional inclusions they have available. They have a mix of project homes and custom homes available for their customers. Your new organisation has a great family style culture where one of the biggest priorities is taking care of their staff.
**Your new role**
You will be responsible for site supervisor of a variety of new builds across South-West Brisbane from site cut through to hand over. You will be required to:
- Project manage the scheduling of all trades and materials for each site
- Ensure the quality of the trades work is to a high standard
- Ensure all trades are using safe workplace health and safety practices
- Supervise up to 15 -20 homes at any one time, depending on the complexity of the builds
**What you'll need to succeed**
To be successful in this role you will have previous experience working as a Site Supervisor ideally for a project home builder, or where you have been overseeing multiple You must have strong communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as being comfortable using new construction technology software and programs. It is a requirement that you hold a current QBCC, or Master builders Licence. You must be willing to travel across greater Brisbane to various sites as required.
