**Job Details**

Employment Type: Part-time

Reporting To: HR & Systems Manager

Location: The Channon, NSW

As our HR Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our HR function through efficient administrative tasks and HR initiatives. This position requires meticulous attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments
- Maintain accurate employee records and confidential files
- Assist in drafting HR correspondence, including offer letters and contracts
- Support recruitment processes by screening resumes and scheduling interviews
- Update and maintain HR policies, procedures, and documentation
- Assist with HR audits, data analysis, and reporting as needed
- Provide training in HR software and assist with system enhancements

**Key Requirements**
- Proven experience in an HR administrative role
- Knowledge of HR practices, policies, and employment laws
- Strong proficiency in MS Office and HRIS software (ideally Employment Hero)
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Collaborative and team-oriented approach

Pay: $28.69 - $31.36 per hour

Expected hours: 15.2 - 22.8 per week
