**The role**:
The role will initiate, influence, manage and maintain the overall relationship between the Infrastructure Maintenance Program (and associated) service delivery teams and customers of eHealth Queensland.

You will plan, cost, coordinate and prepare communication and stakeholder deliverables to support IMP stakeholders

**Other key responsibilities include**:

- Prepare and implement communication plans, strategies and activities about eHealth Queensland, Queensland Health and its services, programs, projects and initiatives
- Provide strategic communication and publishing advice to senior management, including sensitive issues before they arise
- Provide advice and direction on appropriate communication models, approaches, plans and strategies
- Coordinate a wide range of communication activities that impact eHealth Queensland, such as stakeholder information sessions, issues management, corporate branding, electronic publications development, educational, promotional, and marketing campaigns
- Coordinate the development and preparation of communication materials including the intranet, videos, eNewsletters, brochures, fact sheets, posters, banners, presentations, feature articles, media releases and other communications materials as required
- Assist the Senior Program Director and Communication Manager with communication activities in times of crisis and competing priority
- Manage feedback channels on behalf of eHealth Queensland and ensure that enquiries are dealt with in a timely and consistent manner.

This role requires significant experience in the provision of Stakeholder and communication support to program and projects.

Your well-developed negotiation and communication skills will enable you to effectively negotiate and liaise with both internal and external stakeholders regarding the coordination of outputs of multiple specialist teams to deliver the solution as well as the preparation of written communication materials and service agreements.

You will have a proven ability to analyse, plan and manage specialised deliverable with a keen eye for detail.
