Travel Coordinator

NEP Australia is currently looking for a Travel Coordinator to join our team on a 22 week, Full Time Fixed Term Contract starting September 2024.

The role will work within the Crewing, Production and Travel team to coordinate travel for broadcasts, based in Eveleigh, Sydney.

**Key Responsibilities but not limited to**:

- Liaise with broadcast crew to organise flights and accommodation for all projects
- Coordinate efficient ground transport between airport, venues and hotels
- Organise accreditation and venue induction requirements

**Required skills and attributes**:

- Broadcast, Production, or event experience desirable but not essential
- Minimum of one year travel experience desirable but not essential
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Experience using MS Office Word, Excel and Outlook
- Ability to work under pressure and solve problems
- Be a collaborative team player who is also self-motivated and can work autonomously
- High level of organisation and attention to detail

This **22 week, Full Time Fixed Term Contract is located in Eveleigh, Sydney**. The opportunity to work from home 2 days per week is a unique opportunity for the right person.
