**The Role**:
A rare & exciting opportunity currently exists for a motivated and experienced Rental Manager to join our Rental team in WA. You will be responsible for the coordination of all rental operations activity. This includes managing the rental fleet in conjunction with the workshop team; the coordination and administration of rental contracts and developing strong customer relationships while driving new businesses and ultimately growing the rental revenue.

**About You**

- Identifying new short term rental (STR) while maintaining existing customers.
- Working closely with Rental Account Managers to enable customer acquisition and growth.
- Working closely with Workshop Managers to drive rental fleet availability
- Working closely with the Major Projects Branch Manager and GM Regional WA to ensure prompt supply of required equipment.
- Coordinating hire and de-hire of units in conjunction with the service department.
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to converse on all levels.
- Strong organisational skills and problem-solving ability.
- Ability to meet deadlines and forward planning skills.
- Competent computer skills, including experience with MS Office.

**About You**
To be considered for this role you will have the following skills, attributes and experience:

- **Previous experience working within a rental or hire company**:

- **Previous experience within rental/sales supervisor or manager**:

- Experience in an administrative position
- Knowledge of basic financial administrative including invoicing
- Ability to prioritise, organise and complete work within strict deadlines
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build and maintain excellent customer relationships
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail and strong MS Suite skills
