Our successful IT services and the fast development of our mid
- market range has called for further expansion within the organisation. Due to this we are looking for an Inside Sales Support member to join the Procurement Team to assist in maintaining our strong knowledge and expertise of our product.

**Duties include**:

- Qualifying requirements and providing quotes to clients and internal staff members
- Sourcing and providing professional recommendations for a range of product suite
- Quoting from our service catalogue
- Preparing invoices and reconciliation of orders for the finance team
- Provisioning tickets, following up on customer orders and recording updates
- Liaising with vendors and distributors as well as price negotiation

**Requirements**:
The team works alongside other internal departments to ensure that our clients get the most appropriate and affordable pricing on a range of products such as;
- Computer Hardware
- Software
- Peripherals
- Networking Equipment
- Printing Equipment
- Consumables
- Upstream Carrier Services

**Requirement for the position**:

- Has previously worked in the IT field doing similar duties.
- Has an understanding of IT vendors, suppliers and processes
- Experience in quoting and fulfilling I.T licensing
- Resilient attention to detail and thorough in the work organisation
- Exceptional written, administration and document presentation skills
- Excellent verbal communication, customer service and phone manner
- Natural drive to follow through on deliverables and client demands

**Highly regarded, but not essential**:

- Have previously worked in an I.T Inside Sales/Sales Support/Procurement role for a managed service provider or IT product reseller or distributor.
- Successful customer service track record.
- Previous experience in maintaining and improving vendor and distributor relations.
- Technically minded and strong drive to learn
