About the Role:
The Inside Sales Representative is a virtual based inside sales role supporting the Large Enterprise team with prospecting future Government customers and lead generation. Support in generating sales leads for Business Development Managers by making initial contact with a potential customer, assessing their needs, qualifying and creating a pipeline of new business opportunity and retention.
This is a permanent full-time role to be based in either Brisbane, Sydney, or Melbourne with the combination of home/office-based arrangements to provide a flexible work-life balance.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Achieve and exceed where possible your monthly sales/KPI target.- Support in achieving overall team sales targets.- Support Sales Team in proactively selling LexisNexis products to new potential customers and drive engagement with retention-based activities and marketing campaigns.- Record all actions in CRM and update on a regular basis.- Complete opportunity record for BDM.- Provide feedback to the business on customer insights and product recommendations.- Provide input to Senior Sales Manager ad hock basis as required.- Interesting, varied, and challenging work with well-defined career pathways.- Have a good understanding of LexisNexis core product suite.- Data integrity - updating / maintaining customer data in CRM.

To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Relevant tertiary qualifications, ideally Bachelor’s in Marketing or sales preferred.- Min 1 -2 years in sales and a general understanding of selling methodology.- Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.- Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders at all levels within the organisation.- Ability to collaborate closely with external stakeholders and partners.- Good understanding of sales and marketing drivers.- Ability to handle multi-projects with strong project management.
