**Inside Sales Representative**

As an Inside Sales Representative (ISR) you will spend your time self-generating leads, advancing the sales process, closing new/existing business, and achieving individual sales quotas. This is a full sales cycle role where you will hunt and find new prospects, progress leads from channel and marketing, up-sell into existing install, and close deals in your defined territories.

You will be confident and friendly, have the hunger to learn, be comfortable working in a competitive environment, and be adaptable to the needs of the business and customer requirements. You will have a proven track record of selling and closing deals directly in collaboration with channel partners.

**Here’s what you’ll do**:

- Develop sales opportunities by researching and prospecting (cold/warm call) within the assigned territory.
- Upsell and Cross-sell the client base within the assigned territory.
- Collaborate with team members to determine necessary strategic sales approaches.
- Set up and deliver sales presentations, product/service demonstrations.
- Assist in creating RFP responses to potential clients.
- Where necessary, support marketing and channel efforts - tradeshows, partner events etc.

**Here’s what you’ll bring**:

- 2+ years’ experience in a sales role, SaaS industry preferred.
- Track record of success and highlights in sales achievements.
- Growth mindset, passion and enthusiasm for learning and developing your career.
- Understanding and exposure to the RFP process.
- High level of energy and ability to work autonomously.
- Effective problem-solving skills to detect changes in circumstances or events.
- Strong organizational, detail-oriented and time management skills
