**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain value-adding relationships with stakeholders, both technical and business.
- Respond to questions and influence users regarding current and potential system inputs, processes, and outputs.
- Review and route requested system changes and develop detailed specifications for implementation.

Required skills & experience:

- Knowledge of and experience in Microsoft 365, OutSystems, Salesforce and SQL an advantage
- Excellent interpersonal skills and well-developed verbal and written communication skills
- A passion for learning and personal growth.
- Strong customer focus with exceptional teamwork skills.

This role offers a flexible working arrangement with 2 days required in the office.
