**What we’re looking for**:
We want an enthusiastic and engaging Customer Service / Salesperson that wants to progress their career within a professional and fun team.

**Your new role**:
As the Internal Salesperson, you will provide efficient and exceptional customer service to our large and varied customer base. Your key responsibilities include:

- Provision of customer service, including effectively actioning customer requests and enquiries.
- Counter sales, including the promotion of an extensive and diverse product set.
- Liaising with suppliers.
- Stock control, including re-stocking shelves and packing orders.

This is a full-time permanent role based in
**Silverwater, Sydney**. Work hours are regular business hours, Monday to Friday.

**What you’ll need to succeed**:

- You’re a driven and passionate professional with experience working in a sales or customer-facing role.
- You have previous experience in Air Conditioning (or other trade) - highly desirable, yet not essential.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must, so your ability to build relationships and establish rapport is second to none.
- Client focused and a real team player, you are committed to delivering exceptional customer service and providing the best solutions for your clients.
- You are excellent at managing your own time and a real “self-starter”; you don’t need someone looking over your shoulder to get things done.
- You have full Australian working rights, as sponsorship will not be offered for this role.
