**Experienced Customer Service and Team Support Administrator based in Parramatta.**

**The Role**:

- Process our clients' orders and invoices accurately and in line with service level agreements.
- Maintain CRM (Salesforce) to reflect current client contact information.
- Liaise with clients by phone and face to face in a professional friendly and courteous manner to provide excellent customer service and create valuable, connected client relationships.
- Provide on-going feedback on process improvement.
- Work as a passionate connected team member with the other Customer Service Team Members and with the other professional teams in the company
- Answer all customer inquiries promptly.
- Inbound/outbound telephone customer service experience is required.
- Strong attention to detail is a must.
- Great team player with a positive can-do attitude.
- Ability to work independently with little supervision.
- Excellent English verbal and written skills.
- Excellent time management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and web browser technologies.
- Experience with data entry and online customer service management.
- Experience with Salesforce (or other CRM) is essential.
- Fast learner
- The workweek is 38 hours.
- Must be eligible to work in Australia.
