
Recruitment Administrator

Reporting to the People and Culture Manager, this pivotal role has been established to provide support to a variety of internal recruitment activities and human resources tasks.
As the Recruitment Coordinator you will be conducting high quality administrative recruitment activities to support the People and Culture department. You will be responsible for the onboarding duties such as helping new hires learn the company policies, showing new hires their job duties, scheduling start dates for new hires, and gathering the necessary paperwork.
**Responsibilities will include (but not limited to)**:
- Providing guidance to company stakeholders on the optimal delivery method for departmental inductions to ensure a seamless experience for all new employees
- Organising new starter onboarding, inductions, and employee aftercare
- Building effective working relationships with internal staff to understand business needs and associated recruitment planning
- Ensuring all company ‘new starters’ are suitably educated on their cultural obligations and the associated expectations outlined by company policy and procedures
- Ensuring the internal HR and recruitment system is maintained, up to date and accurate
- Researching new platforms to support the evolution of a consistent recruitment process and a more complete employee experience
- Contributing to the high performing team culture of Minetek offering ideas, energy, and relationship management initiatives
**About You**:
- Previous experience in customer service, recruitment and/or administration
- Exceptional organisational and communication skills and a willingness to take initiative and ownership of any task allocated
- Confident, articulate and motivated with well-developed written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to adapt and react quickly to changes in business priorities
- Advanced computer skills, capable of learning new systems and platforms with ease
- A keen eye for detail, well organised with excellent time management skills
- You are good with people and have exceptional relationship management skills
- Can prioritize and maintain a strict focus on providing quality outputs under pressure
