**Exciting Opportunity: Join Our Team as a Casual Chiropractic Assistant/Receptionist**

Are you passionate about chiropractic care and eager to start your career in the field? We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a casual Chiropractic Assistant/Receptionist. This position offers the opportunity to work alongside experienced chiropractic professionals in a supportive environment.

**Position: Casual Chiropractic Assistant/Receptionist**

**Location: Wellness Chiropractic Caloundra, QLD**

**Hours: Casual,**
**- Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday: 7.30am - 10.30am**
**- Monday, Tuesday, Thursday: 2.00pm - 5.00 pm**

**Responsibilities**:

- Warmly greeting patients and visitors
- Answering phone calls and managing appointment bookings
- Handling HICAPS, Medicare, DVA and private billing transactions
- Maintaining and updating patient records while ensuring confidentiality
- Providing admin support to chiropractor and clinical staff
- Managing correspondence and general reception duties
- Performing scanning, filing, and data entry tasks
- Light duties eg. dusting, cleaning

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a chiropractic setting is advantageous but not mandatory
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with patients and colleagues
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of clinical excellence
- Eagerness to learn and grow within the chiropractic field
