About the Role
Ramsay Clinic Caloundra is seeking a Casual Administration Assistant to join our Consulting Suites team. At Ramsay Health Care, we believe our people are our greatest asset – that's why we foster a positive, supportive, and inclusive culture across our network.
In this role, you will provide professional and compassionate support to patients and their families while assisting the clinic's Administration and Accounts departments. You will be a proactive team member with excellent communication skills and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
About You
To be successful in this position, you will bring strong administrative skills and the ability to remain professional, empathetic, and organised in a busy environment. You will also have the confidence to work collaboratively with a diverse team of doctors, nurses, pathologists, and administrators.
Essential skills and experience:
- Demonstrated experience as a medical administrator.
- High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent customer service skills, in person and over the phone.
- High attention to detail with strong organisational and time management skills.
Desirable:
- Experience with Meditech.
- Previous experience as a medical receptionist.
- Knowledge of billing processes (private and funded patients).

Requirements
- Must provide a National Police check conducted within the previous 12 months
