Front of House Staff (Bartender / Waitstaff)

Rumi on Louth is a privately-owned, off-grid luxury eco-resort located on the stunning Louth Island, off the coast of South Australia's Eyre Peninsula. We're searching for passionate, guest-focused Front of House team members to join our growing hospitality team.

Whether you're an experienced bartender, a confident floor server, or an all-rounder who thrives in a fast-paced service environment, this is your opportunity to work in one of the most unique and naturally beautiful locations in Australia.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Providing warm, attentive and professional food and beverage service
  • Crafting cocktails, serving wine and preparing drinks to a high standard
  • Supporting restaurant and bar operations during breakfast, lunch, dinner and private events
  • Delivering personalised guest experiences that reflect the relaxed luxury of Rumi on Louth
  • Assisting with setup, pack down and maintaining cleanliness and presentation standards

About You:

  • Experienced in restaurant, bar or resort service (minimum 1–2 years preferred)
  • Comfortable with multitasking and working in a team
  • Confident, friendly and guest-oriented with excellent communication skills
  • Available to work a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays
  • Calm, polished and professional—even in a fast-paced environment

Requirements:

  • RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certification (essential)
  • Cocktail and/or wine knowledge (preferred)
  • Barista experience (a plus but not essential)
  • First Aid certification (desirable)
  • Must be eligible to work in Australia
