- Key Responsibilities:_
- **Supervise and coordinate all aspects of the restaurant operations**_
- Manage and motivate a diverse team of front-of-house and back-of-house staff
- _ **Maintain high standards of quality control, cleanliness, and customer service**_
- Monitor inventory, order supplies, and manage the budget effectively
- _ **Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner**_
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and quality food preparation and presentation
- _ **Implement and enforce health and safety regulations**_
- Develop and execute strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and maximize profitability
Requirements:_
- **Previous managerial experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a restaurant setting**_
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
- _ **Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities**_
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service
- _ **Sound knowledge of food and beverage operations, including inventory management and cost control**_
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
- _ **Familiarity with relevant health and safety regulations and procedures**_
