**The Role**
**We are on the hunt for a Cellar Manager to drive our BOH Logistics and Cellar Operations at The Sheaf.

You will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including venue opening and set-up, receiving deliveries, ordering & liaising with suppliers, changing kegs, cleaning beer lines and offering operational support and assistance to the venue. Due to the nature of the role, there is a fair bit of heavy lifting involved.

This role is perfect for a passionate and experienced Cellar Hand or Manager looking for a step up into a high volume, multi faceted venue or an experienced Cellar Manager looking to progress within a major hospitality group.
