This well-established brand/global powerhouse in the insurance industry has been in the market for 20+ years with over 7000 employees and nearly 10 million customers worldwide. These guys are on the lookout for a Paid Search Manager to join their collaborative team

**Who are you?**

You are a detail-oriented individual with the capacity and desire to succeed in a high growth, and proactive environment. This role is responsible for the success of client campaigns with high autonomy, as well as supporting the growth for each account by delivering outstanding buying and optimisation, campaign analytics and insights, and innovation to develop and deliver campaign excellence.
- 3+ years’ experience in the performance space particularly paid search or paid social
- Experience of more than one biddable channel is highly desirable such as paid search, paid social or programmatic media
- Exceptional technical knowledge and in platform experience to deliver performance excellence in either Paid Search or Paid Social. Platforms including Google Ads, Facebook, Twitter, Snap, Analytics
- Comprehensive channel knowledge to be able to articulate and implement best practices across planning, buying, campaign management and operations
- Expert knowledge of channel measurement capabilities and attribution models
- Experience developing and leading client relationships, leading meetings and communication

**What your role will look like**:

- Build strong relationships with clients to understand their needs; and create campaigns utilising multiple channels.
- You will handle these accounts from the start - got to love the rush of those new business pitches
- Working collaboratively with the SEO team
- Ongoing strategizing and implementation of SEM strategies.
