As the world has evolved with technology, so has this organisation where they are continually recognised for their ongoing digital innovation. Due to an internal promotion, this is an opportunity for an experienced performance driven professional to own their paid media strategy. **Key Responsibilities** - Lead, develop and execute the digital media strategy for both Australia & New Zealand. - Manage the daily execution and optimisation of paid search, video, display, and social campaigns, including budget allocation, bid management, performance monitoring, audience research and expansion, and working with design and agency teams on creative execution. - Create detailed reach plans, providing budget recommendations to achieve desired level of reach & frequency among target audience. - Work closely with external media and creative agencies to ensure alignment and consistent strategy between mass and performance media channels, coupled with effective and tested creative. - Work closely with internal teams to leverage first party data for effective retention strategies, tracking, attribution, and overall reporting. - Work closely with social media teams to convert brand engagement into sales and acquisition. - Lead the media optimisation testing program in collaboration with the external media agency and relevant partners. - Explore the latest digital media trends/channels/platforms to find new mediums to reach our target audience, whilst maintaining strong relationships with existing digital media partners - Manage and report on significant media budgets. - Provide training to your direct and broader marketing team members. This person is a digital marketing genius who is solution-focused, data-driven and obsessed with optimising media performance. They have strong understanding of all digital marketing channels, coupled with the ability to see the big picture of how mass, digital and owned media channels can effectively work together. They are constantly reviewing and reporting on performance and always looking to gain a competitive edge through testing and being in front and up to date with new digital trends and emerging media platforms.
