PrixCar Services is an automotive logistics company specialising in Vehicle Transport, Vehicle Processing and Storage, Fleet Conversions and Dealer Vehicle Storage.

Over the last 30 years we have grown to offer a wide range of specialised services including damage surveys, paint & panel rectifications, vehicle build ups including fleet conversions, vehicle storage, PDI services, detailing, vehicle registrations, and vehicle transport. With more than 25 depots across Australia, we are ideally positioned to provide exceptional vehicle transport services to both individuals and OEM customers.

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic individual to take on the position as Fleet Coordinator at our Truganina branch to quantify and order Automotive Accessories across a portfolio of suppliers as they relate to the client order intake nationally. This role requires someone who could use acquired business and product knowledge to ensure that inventory systems are accurate and correct.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Collate, quantify, and order vehicle accessories across all fleet clients in accordance with national order intake
- Assist sales representative when scoping new quotes and research applicable suppliers/products
- Coordinate staff and internal resources; adapt work as required to manage the procurement
- Create and maintain inventory system integrity, inclusive of pricing and part supersession
- Help coordinate national stocktakes quarterly - ensuring national accuracy
- Working with the national production and sales teams, ensure best ordering practices are maintained
- Lead the change management process for the roll-out of new systems where it pertains to inventory control
- Oversee all aspects of parts ordering nationally

**Skills and experience**:

- Excellent supplier-facing and internal communication skills
- Automotive Vehicle Accessory industry knowledge highly favourable
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
- Understanding of parts distribution and supply is of benefit
- Experience leading projects through to implementation
- Managing and maintaining an ERP or MRP system Strong organisation skills, and excellent attention to detail
