**About the role**

As a Service Delivery Coordinator (Inbound) you will ensure that customers receive a service that is prompt, efficient, reliable and courteous and which is delivered to a quality level that satisfies or exceeds the customer’s requirements. The role is vital to the experience of our business to business (B2B) fleet clients and the downstream operational effectiveness.

**What you will do**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients (FMO and Private) and dealerships as their primary point of contact
- Assume responsibility for routine B2B/Direct client communications, ensuring responses are timely and well-articulated.
- Work with dealers and OEM to assign vehicles to inbound orders
- Monitor all ordering portals, and consolidated inboxes to identify new orders and receipt in a timely manner
- Coordinate vehicle logistics by managing the loading and release processes within the CARIS (Vehicle Inventory) system
- Accurately process arriving orders in Unleashed for review (Staging) and inventory ordering (Ordered)
- In alignment with wider Service Delivery team, ensure any changes are communicated and factored in workstream planning
- Assist operations and Service Delivery teams, with quoting, processing and invoicing of completed works.
- Serve as a motivator, engaging and influencing team behaviour and morale

**What you will bring**:

- Understanding of fleet and vehicle production operations and planning
- Experience communicating effectively across B2B, Client and end user levels
- Strong communication skills including written, verbal, presentation and effective persuasion skills
- Proficiency in MS Office suite
- A quick learner and a problem solver
- The ability to multitask, plan and execute according to plan
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision as well as work collaboratively and effectively in a team environment
- Customer-centric individual and can handle stressful situations in a professional and effective manner
