Flexible part-time opportunity working with an experienced Talent Specialist for approx. 2 months

**Your new company**

An Australian manufacturing organisation located in Dandenong.

**Your new role**

A temporary Recruitment Coordinator position supporting the Talent Specialist with their current workload across various white
- and blue-collar positions. You’ll be involved in:

- Phone-based reference checks; conscious questioning
- Organisation of other background and pre-employment checks
- Preparation of onboarding documentation in partnership with HR team
- Recruitment administration
- Involvement in screening / interviews (based on experience)

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Experience in recruitment at any level, within a fairly manual environment
- Strong communication and probing questioning skills
- Availability to commence within 1 weeks’ notice

**What you'll get in return**
- Part-time hours (24 hours/week across business hours; flexible on days/times)
- Temporary position for 2 months
- Some WFH flexibility (approx. 1 day/week)
- Hourly rate based on your experience in recruitment
