- We are seeking an experienced and proactive Coordinator to join our dedicated Recruitment & Selection team for this 8-month fixed term opportunity. You will have a passion for coordinating, organising, and supporting the team with a variety of recruitment-based operational activities within the People & Culture division. WFH/Hybrid options are available however the applicant will be required to work from our Doncaster office a minimum of 2 days per week (our all-team day is Thursday).

**About the role**
- Reporting to the Senior Advisor Recruitment & Selection, the focus of the role is to coordinate and provide advice relating to recruitment and selection processes in consultation with relevant department/regional stakeholders. Responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:

- Support various recruitment and selection processes from commencement to conclusion, ensuring an open and transparent process is followed

**About you**
- Completion of a degree or relevant industry certification (Human Resources, Business, or related discipline desirable) with subsequent relevant experience or an equivalent combination of training and relevant experience
- Experience providing administrative support and coordination in a team environment
- Coordination experience with agency recruitment principles and processes (desirable)
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills to manage internal and external stakeholders
