Overview

Hearth (NDIS Registered Provider) is hiring a Recruitment Coordinator to manage end-to-end recruitment for disability support workers. The role is primarily based in our Glen Iris office with flexible working arrangements available.

Base pay range

A$60,000.00/yr - A$70,000.00/yr

Responsibilities
  • Assist in managing end-to-end recruitment for disability support workers
  • Volume recruitment, screening candidates, interviewing, conducting reference checks, and onboarding new hires
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and contribute to recruitment strategy and workforce planning
  • Onboard candidates prior to commencement of employment
Qualifications
  • Previous experience screening candidates and conducting interviews
  • Strong understanding of the end-to-end recruitment process
  • Experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and Microsoft Office Programs (Desirable)
  • Exceptional communication and time management skills
  • Willingness to participate in process and systems improvements
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment independently and as part of a team
  • Professional or lived experience with disability and/or community services is highly regarded
  • Willing to obtain an NDIS Worker Screening Check
