Yokogawa is seeking a Junior Procurement Officer to join our high performing Procurement team. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate and partner with Procurement Specialist to streamline departmental operations. - Uphold procurement policies and ethical standards with transparency. - Provide customer service to all internal business stakeholders. - Aid the Proposal department as needed. - Manage RFQ processes according to company guidelines. - Process purchase orders - Maintain Project Procurement folders and ensure consistent communication. - Assist in managing procurement systems and apps. - Support other departmental tasks as required. **Requirements**: - Up to 3 years of experience in a procurement or Administration environment. - Results-driven, attention to detail and ability to work under pressure - Experience or experience with SAP or ERP Systems - Strong communication (written and verbal), excellent customer service, research, analytical, and problem-solving skills. - Tertiary qualification preferred; technical qualifications advantageous. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, effective task planning and management, deadline-oriented, goal-driven, team player or autonomous worker. - Eagerness to learn and kickstart career in Procurement - Focus on achieving challenging goals and exceeding expectations. - Ensure accurate and timely information dissemination.
