**About the Company**:
An Australian-founded, high-growth scale-up, with a mission to drive change in an outdated industry with a core focus on nutritional wellness and sustainability for their customers. They are heavily backed, with tens of millions in Series B, and having built a devout customer base in Australia they are now on the path to taking off globally and expanding their product offering into new markets.

**About the Role**:
They are on the hunt for a Lead Product Manager that shares a passion for their mission, to help drive their growth to the next level. You will have strong commercial nous and product management principles, ensuring the product strategy aligns with business objectives, and that the customer remains at the forefront of all product decisions. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including product, design and engineering to facilitate the end-to-end delivery of initiatives, from conceptualisation through to launch and scale.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop a product strategy that aligns with the companies objectives and team targets
- Lead discovery and identify product and feature opportunities
- Prioritise opportunities to optimise the customer journey to improve users' experiences while resulting in commercial benefit
- Use research and data to drive and validate decisions, gardening feedback from customers to ensure you are solving the right problems the right way
- Run user experiments, and A/B tests taking with a strong metric-driven approach to product development
- Lead agile development processes, finding ways to improve ways of working and product delivery
- Drive product delivery and iterative development validating assumptions along the way
- Work collaboratively with key stakeholders and teams across the business to maintain alignment with the business strategy and objectives
- Identify, present and recommend new ideas that drive growth, improve customer experience and grow market share
- Define and measure and track key business and usage success metrics.

**About You**:

- 5+ years in product management, preferably in a high-growth start-up or scale-up
- Experience in B2C or evidence of using high volumes of quantitative data that has driven conversions and retention on your product
- Solid understanding of discovery and design principles and modern ways of working and you have evidence of uplifting this in a business
- Agile development approaches and a demonstrated experience of working with technical teams to deliver solutions
- Ability to effectively prioritise to maximise short and long-term value, and clearly communicate on prioritisation decisions
- Experience in coaching, mentoring and managing junior Product Managers
- Influential leadership and interpersonal skills that enable you to communicate and manage relationships, and effectively collaborate
- Proven experience improving the Product management Function within a team, driving product best practice
- Experienced and comfortable with working at pace in a dynamic, ever-changing environment
