Regional Product Management Lead

This dynamic leadership position oversees a team of product specialists across a region. As a technical expert, you will provide direct support to sales teams, design engineering, and operations, driving key business objectives.
You will act as a liaison between product engineering, marketing, and regional sales teams, ensuring alignment and collaboration across functions. You will lead the development and execution of product and marketing initiatives, respond to customer needs, and support the day-to-day operations of the Ground Engaging Tools (GET) product portfolio.
- Manage and mentor product specialists across the region, promoting professional development and alignment with business goals.
- Oversee equipment selection, costing, quoting, and tender preparation for GET products.
- Prepare and manage proposals for tenders, participating in sales negotiations.
- Develop and maintain product documentation, specifications, and marketing materials.
- Coordinate warranty activities and participate in root cause analysis and corrective actions.
- Interface with customers, external partners, and internal teams to support GET products.
The ideal candidate will possess a degree in engineering, experience with GET technical sales, and exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. An MBA in business is highly desirable.
