Reporting to the Warranty Manager, the **Warranty Officer** will be responsible for the timely and accurate processing of all Service Department warranty and service letter claims ensuring that maximum recovery of costs from Caterpillar is received.

**Location**: South Guildford, WA

**Roster**:Monday - Friday, 8-hour days

**To be successful the following is required**:

- Previous proven experience in a similar role required
- Mechanical aptitude desirable
- Excellent communication skills; interpersonal, written and verbal with the ability to be assertive in necessary situations
- Intermediate computer literacy skills (MS Office Suite)
- Ability to work successfully within a team and autonomously
- Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage fluctuating workloads and conflicting priorities
- Developed analytical and problem-solving ability with high attention to detail
- Previous WesTrac systems knowledge and experience, e.g. DBS
- Align with and actively demonstrate WesTrac’s values of Safety, Pride, Accountability, Respect and Customer focus
