We are looking for an EA to join our growing team. We help wellness and fitness studios transform into million dollar businesses, providing the growth system to become successful.

**About Us**:
As industry veterans who turned our own gyms from zero to $1M+, twice, we understand the struggles and successes. Now, we're sharing the blueprints, templates, cheat codes, and coaching needed for gym owners to achieve similar success.

We're a hybrid team of 17, growing and taking on new challenges every day.

**Your Role: EA to the CEO**

We're seeking an EA for our CEO, who aligns with his vision and can bring the missing piece to our team.

You’d make a great fit for this role if
- You have experience in a senior support role that requires strategic thinking with intrinsic drive and motivation
- You are detail-oriented, and personable, with strong communication and organisational skills
- You move fast with mínimal/no errors
- You are extremely adaptable
- You can work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks efficiently
- You have a never-say-never attitude

The CEO is working on building his brand, as well as Geronimo's. Your job will be to support him in both areas. For his personal brand, the focus is on appearing on podcasts, growing his YouTube channels, and building a loyal audience, while also advancing the Geronimo business.

Your role is to assist the CEO in reclaiming his time by managing his calendar, coordinating both virtual and in-person events, and safeguarding his personal time.

**Responsibilities**:
The daily responsibilities in this role include, but are not limited to:

- Work closely with our CEO & Co-Founder, gaining exposure to all layers of the company
- Providing strategic administrative and project management support
- Attend meetings, take detailed notes, and document action items for follow-up
- Conduct follow-ups, confirm appointments, and manage other communications as needed

**Requirements**:

- You are based in Sydney or in the Sydney time zone
- You have proven experience as an EA to CEO’s (bonus points if you have some experience in PR / events management)

Pay: $62,795.04 - $106,450.98 per year
