UCON Exhibitions, a local business focused on innovation and growth, is looking for an Executive Assistant to the CEO to support our growing organization. As an integral part of our leadership team, the Executive Assistant will play a critical role in our success by managing a wide range of growth-related tasks, including HR, project coordination, and digital presence.
- Responsibilities:_
- Assist the CEO in managing HR processes, such as recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
- Coordinate cross-functional projects, including project planning, tracking progress, and ensuring deadlines are met.
- Manage the CEO's digital presence, including updating the company's website, managing social media accounts, and creating content for the CEO's blog.
- Coordinate and prepare for internal and external meetings, including scheduling, preparation of materials, and follow-up.
- Conduct research and gather information on a variety of topics as needed by the CEO.
- Provide general administrative support as needed, including scheduling appointments, booking travel, and handling correspondence.
- Requirements:_
- Bachelor's degree in business, management, marketing, engineering or architecture.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
- Valid driver's license and experience driving.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and think critically.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Advantages:_
- Experience with digital marketing.
- Knowledge of one or more foreign languages.
- Proficiency in photo editing.
