What you'll do:

  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to meet customer commitments.
  • Take ownership of service escalations and ensure timely resolution.
  • Present and discuss system uptime reports with customers.
  • Drive continuous improvement and contribute to business growth.

  • Experience in a service-focused environment with strong customer orientation.
  • Proven leadership of technical teams will prioritised
  • Ability to coach, mentor, and engage people at all experience levels.
  • Resilience under pressure and confidence to handle challenging conversations.
  • Strong communication skills with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Flexibility to travel as required, with full Australian working rights.
