**FULL JOB DESCRIPTION**:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Public Relations & Partnerships Specialist to join the marketing team at Propel Group. Reporting to the Marketing Communications Manager, in this role you will drive business growth and build the Propel brands both nationally and internationally.

Key Responsibilities:

- Strategy and execution of the public relations plan, focusing on finding new ways to push the brand message in a fast-moving product area
- Develop strategic partnerships with media and influencer networks.
- Work with our Retail Teams to support rural brand activations and events to grow brand awareness and increase sales.
- Develop and implement a sponsorship strategy for all brands, working collaboratively with all areas of the business.
- In delivering to expectation you will ensure the marketing team supports all Propel brands to achieve sales targets and increased brand awareness within budget.

About You:

- 4+ years’ experience in Media relations, social media and commercial partnerships.
- Content planning and communications strategy development;
- Exceptional verbal, written and editing skills with a laser-like attention to detail;
- Digital savvy, with the ability to shape content for digital journeys;
- An ability to form insights from data; and
- Tertiary qualifications in either marketing/communications or similar (desired, not required)
- Knowledge & experience in Australian rural communities
