One of Australia’s prominent **Federal Government Departments **is looking to engage an experienced **Finance Systems Officer **to provide systems administration support for the key financial management system (TechOne) which includes a helpdesk function to assist business areas and attend to escalated requests. The **Finance Systems Officer** will be identifying and resolving issues arising with the use of the system and integration with other systems. The successful **Finance Systems Officer **will be offered an initial **6 month** contract along with a **possible extension** option partnered with a **rewarding hourly rate**.
The successful **Finance Systems Officer **will be responsible for, but not limited to:
- Providing advice, assistance and training to staff in the use of the TechOne system
- Managing TechOne system user access
- Providing assistance in developing enhancements for the TechOne system
- Providing administrative support and co-ordination for the Finance area
The successful **Finance Systems Officer **will have experience in the following:
- Prior experience in finance system administration support is desirable
- Prior TechOne / CiAnywhere finance system experience is preferable but not essential
- Tertiary qualifications in Systems, Finance, Commerce/Business or equivalent academic specialisation are highly desirable
- Strong customer focus, excellent communication abilities, stakeholder relationship and interpersonal skills
