**Your new role**
The Social Media Executive working at Hays Recruitment is responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring the organic Social Media strategies to increase brand awareness and drive engagement and conversions for the business.
Social Media Strategy & Community Management
- Build and nurture social media communities and networks to drive brand awareness, engagement, and affinity in support of acquisition and conversion marketing objectives
- Manage existing Hays Social media channels including LinkedIn, Facebook, Facebook Location/Industry pages, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, Tik Tok and Google my Business.
- Develop social strategy, social content schedules and growth & optimisation plans for each channel collaborating with the wider Marketing team to align on plans that incorporate key business and campaign priorities
Innovation and Insights
- Monitor social media channels for industry trends and competitor activity
- Conduct monthly, quarterly, yearly and campaign based social reporting. Develop Sprinklr tools & reports that will benefit the wider marketing team, providing relevant social insights and data.
- Stay up to date with social media platforms, trends, tactics and formats. Continuously optimise always on content streams and introduce new channels strategies when required
- Collaborate with Hays social media teams globally to capitalise on best practise and learns on a global scale. Share ANZ wins and learns to benefit Hays social media teams globally.
Social Sales Enablement
- Support operationalisation, adoption and optimisation of social media tools across the business to equip the consultant workforce with the knowledge and skills to maximise social media channels, ultimately amplifying Hays’ organic brand reach.
- Maintain the Social Media Intranet hub, regularly update with training guides, success stories and new information relevant to social engagement for our business consultants. Engage partners such as LinkedIn to provide training/ inspiration sessions for the business.
**What you'll need to succeed**
- Proficient across all social media channels
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to foster strong stakeholder relationships
- Ability to think creatively, strategically, identify and solve problems and deliver results
- Exceptional organisational and communication skills with the ability to be agile and reprioritise as required
- Responsible for ensuring all content that goes out across our social channels is aligned to the Hays brand guidelines and tone of voice.
- Work autonomously and in a team, with the ability to self-manage priorities and knowing how to balance proactivity with the reactive
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PPT, Word) and other digital collaboration tools/Office 365 apps including Teams, OneNote etc
- Ability to demonstrate basic graphic skills using Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, or similar platforms
