**Your new role**
The company is in search of a talented Video Content Producer to work with their creative team in producing content across all Social Media channels targeting their tribe globally. The role will be the dream for he right person, using pre-existing raw footage and producing their own personality of "behind the scenes" footage. The goal is to sustain a story that the followers are following, engaged and a part of.
- You will film and edit unique footage that produces unique content to post on vital social channels globally.
- Commit to keeping viewers engaged, understanding their needs, drivers and interests.
- Multitask and understand the deadlines and docu-reality in fun environments.
- Develop content that represents the brand DNA and ensure this is delivered to audiences quickly and accurately.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Experience in producing fresh and creative content from the in-house studios, work environments and location shoots in Australia.
- Post-producing content with a high focus on video content creation.
- Understanding content delivery and workflows.
- Experience in paid social media advertising campaigns on key social media platforms - Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, and Pinterest planning and scheduling.
- Experience monitoring and assessing paid marketing performance across all social media channels.
- Ability to work unsupervised, work under pressure with tight deadlines.
- Positive attitude and enthusiasm for sharing ideas and learning new skills.
