This is a permanent full-time role with an office based in Parramatta that offer hybrid working arrangements.

**The Role**
As a Workers Compensation Team Leader your duties will include;
- Manage a team of 10-14 case managers
- Provide guidance, and support and ensure the team is performing to a high standard.
- To develop and maintain a high-performing, market-leading, customer focussed team.
- Maintain strong external and external relationships to support and align with the business's Claims Strategy.
- Be passionate about continuous improvement and always looking at ways to make processes and ways of working better.
- Manage any escalations and be at the point of referral, always delivering exceptional customer service.

**About You**
To be successful in this role you will offer:

- Strong workers compensation understanding and extensive knowledge of the NSW legislation.
- Experience in a leadership role or ready to take a step into leadership
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same
- Excellent people skills and a passion for working with others and being a role model for your team and the wider business.
