**What will I be doing day to day?**
- Maintain and improve scrum/agile practices within the team, including running Sprint planning sessions and tracking success metrics
- Assist with prioritisation, backlog grooming and planning
- Eliminate risks, blockers and manage deliveries
- Remove impediments, resolve conflicts and issues that occur
- Build and sustain productive and collaborative working relationships
- Adapt flexibly to changing business needs

**What sort of skills do I need?**
- Certified Scrum Master, Professional Scrum Master accreditation and 2 years of similar role in Defence
- Relevant certification(s) e.g. Agile, Prince2, PMBOK, ITIL
- Familiarity with the Atlassian suite, predominantly in administering Jira
- Familiarity with software development life cycle specifically DevSecOps cycles
- Strong Agile skills
- Holds NV1 security clearance
