**Job Description** Are you a passionate Scrum Master ready to lead agile teams to success and shape the future of technology with NCS Australia?**

As a Scrum Master at NCS Australia, you will play a pivotal role in guiding and empowering our agile teams to deliver exceptional results for our clients. You will be at the forefront of our technology consulting services, working closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver innovative solutions.

You will build strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and advocate for Agile practices. You will lead and facilitate effective Scrum ceremonies, coach and mentor team members, remove impediments, and continuously improve the team's Agile processes. You will also contribute to the team's strategic direction and decision-making, aligning with the broader business objectives.
**Qualifications**
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master or similar role in a technology consulting environment.
- Previous experience working within government
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members.
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Certification in Scrum (e.g., CSM, PSM) is preferred.
- Excellent facilitation, communication, and conflict-resolution skills
