
Experienced Caulking Specialist

We are currently seeking a skilled and **experienced Caulking Specialist with a minimum of 3 years working as a caulker. This is a great position which could lead could lead to further growth down the track**. As a Caulking Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of caulking work in various construction projects. Your attention to detail and expertise will contribute to our continued success and growth.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Prepare surfaces and select appropriate caulking materials.
- Operate caulking equipment and tools efficiently and safely.
- Inspect and assess caulking work to ensure it meets quality standards.
- Collaborate with builders, contractors, and project managers to meet project requirements.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Follow safety guidelines and best practices at all times.
**Requirements**:
- **MUST HAVE a minimum of 3 years of professional experience as a Caulking Specialist in a previous caulking company or as a self-employed caulker. A similar trade is NOT sufficient.**:
- **Valid driver's license**:
- **White Card**:
- **Work Car**:
- Strong knowledge of different caulking materials and techniques.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Understanding of safety protocols and regulations.
- Excellent client communication skills.
Pay: $80,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
