**The Client**
This government body who are dedicated to learning, knowledge, efficient approaches towards strategy and strong stakeholder engagement are looking for an experienced **Cloud Specialist** to join their team.

**The Benefits**
- 12 Month contract role with a view to extend.
- $900-$1000 per day
- Hybrid Working Role. 3 days in office

**The Role**
The cloud specialist will oversee and provide technical expertise and leadership in the implementation of new IT infrastructure. Working on the adoption of end-to-end cloud development and delivery. Moving from DXC infrastructure to Azure Cloud.
- Reporting to the project manager.
- Very early stages of the project.
- Undertakes impact analysis on major design options and trade-off.
- Design large or complex cloud based service solutions.
- Plan and justify the expansion, modification, and retirement of existing infrastructure.

**Essentials**
- Cloud/Azure experience
- Cloud certifications
- Application background
- Experience with cloud migration will be ideal
- Experience with DevOps will be an advantage

**Desirable Skills**
- Ability to manage a small team of highly technical acumen.
- Experience in deployment and maintenance of DevSecOps toolsets.
