**The Role**
As our **Reservations Manager **you will provide our internal and external guests with an outstanding experience and surprise and delight them every moment you get.
You will be a collaborator with the Director of Revenue and Director of Sales and oversee the efficient operation of the Reservations and Service Express teams to ensure a seamless guest experience whilst maximising revenue opportunities. Your role will include:
- Be the first point of contact for guest room bookings, handling reservations, and guest requests
- Monitor and analyse Group Inventory controls. This includes monitoring of Group Blocks, co-ordination of name lists, determining cut off dates and Rate Restrictions
- Act as liaison with booking platforms to ensure efficient workflow and communication
- Monitor and respond to guest feedback about the reservation process
- Assist with forecasting and inventory management
- Be thoroughly conversant with all hotel rooms packages, pricing and promotional offers.
- Maintain current and accurate knowledge of Hotel events and events happening in our surrounding area
- Manage the service express function for the hotel to monitor all incoming and outgoing calls

- Personality, drive and you know how to have fun at work
- Must have excellent verbal, written communication and analytical skills with a focus on attention to detail
- Proficient with Opera & Microsoft Suite is desirable
