Begin your journey with us as a **Reservations Agent** at the Westin/Four Points Brisbane. As a Reservation Agent you will be required to ensure the following:

- Handling and processing reservations and inquiries
- Pre-arrival checks against booking information
- Follow up on No-Shows and late cancelations
- Lead and work closely with other members of the Reservations team
- Promoting the hotel F&B Venues and other services and amenities.

**Who you are and what you need**:

- Work experience within reservations team within 4/5 start hotel environment
- Working knowledge of Opera
- Must have passion & attitude with keen attention to detail and strong problem solving skills
