Are you passionate about making a difference in families' lives through reunification? Join the **Newpin **(New Parent and Infant Network) program and contribute to positive change.

The program involves parents and their children regularly attending a center-based program for up to 18 months, engaging in a range of activities that promote wellbeing, improve parenting capacity, and support the development of positive family relationships.

**Role Overview**:
This role is based at our **Smithfield **site. As an Early Childhood Specialist - Attachment Coach, you'll:

- Facilitate therapeutic play between parents and children.
- Coach parents to build healthy attachments with their kids.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure a child-centered approach.

Within the **Newpin **team, this role is the specialist in early childhood development, so there is also a focus on working collaboratively within the team so that all team members are working from a child-centered, developmentally informed position.

**Requirements**:

- Experience working with parents and young children.
- Qualifications in early childhood development.
- Coaching and attachment-building skills.
- Familiarity with strengths-based, therapeutic environments.
- Understanding of trauma's impact on parents and children.
